The book encompasses many of the dilemmas that businesses find when going international. Its approach is somewhat long in a few points, but overall its a very good book and can almost be used as a step by step guide for business students.

This guide will make Angels beg for your mercy

[[VIDEOID:mo2EXGB4923UNQZ]]For anyone who wants to master Bayonetta totally and utterly, this is the book to get. It will even make Angels beg for your mercy. It's that good.

This is a hardcover guide with over 400 pages, including a 32 art and interview section. The book even has a ribbon bookmark, an imitation of Bayonetta's hair ribbon. There's also a nifty quick reference card which I use as my second bookmark. Actually, there's so much information I'm using three bookmarks.

This is a very thorough guide covering everything from weapons, combos, accessories, strategies, combat techniques, enemies, strategies, secrets and of course the walkthrough. The main chapters are Scenario Guide, Pure Platinum Battle Guide, Angels, Combat Guide and Secrets.

Future Press really did a fantastic job with the Scenario Guide or walkthrough, which is concise and easy to follow along. If you want to retain the element of surprise during the first play, you can just use the maps to locate all the items and the hidden Alfheim Portals. Finding the hidden Alfheim Portals without any guide will be a bit difficult as some of them appear only under certain situations. Note that under different game difficulty, item locations are sometimes different.

Chapter 3, The Pure Platinum Battle Guide, details the requirements for the Platinum rank and the strategies for every verse, under the Normal, Hard and Non-stop climax mode. This and enemy section are incredibly useful when facing grueling boss fights. This section is for the serious gamers who want test their limits.

My recommendation when reading the guide is to go first to the combat section to understand the weapons, combos and combo scoring. For a character, Bayonetta has more combos than any Street Fighter characters. The combat guide sections doesn't just list the moves, but also goes through the good and bad about them. This game isn't about combos, it's about combos of combos, and you can learn them here in detail.

And finally, there's the interview with Bayonetta's Director Hideki Kamiya and Producer Yusuke Hashimoto. There are also some cool concept art for the game included.

Overall, this guide is really great because it feels like it was written by a gamer who had actually spent hundreds of hours on the game.

Highly recommended to all Bayonetta fans. Well worth the money.

This guide is worth thirty bucks: I promise you.

I love strategy guides; from where I'm at I can count over twenty, and this is far and away the best strategy guide I've ever seen. It's beautiful, extremely detailed, and it omits the pages and pages of useless fluff common to larger American Strategy guides. That isn't too say it's small, it's HUGE, just packed with desirable information. The information in here is extremely useful from start to finish and comes off as a labor of love. I don't know who this company is but I wish they would make strategy guides for the US, because we can't compare.

Thirty bones and shipping seems extremely steep for a strategy guide, and it is, but in case you hadn't heard, this is a European guide because the American Guide Manufacturer had some sort of issue and it went largely unreleased. So not only is it an amazing piece of video game guidance, it is a rare import as well.

It is also worth mentioning that Bayonetta is deep enough to merit a guide such as this, many of the nuances of the game don't come out so well on gamefaqs: here they're clear, concise, and include the type of advice that you get from someone who really knows the game, instead of the standard BS "Aim for the head to do more damage!" that's regurgitated from the in game tutorial.

I would agree that all valid reviews have criticisms, because nothing is perfect, but seriously, I can't think of anything to criticize here. This guide will make your other guides seem pathetic in comparison. That's definitely true. You'll wonder how the **** you're going to get more of these guides from Europe, that's going to be a negative as well.

Buy this right now. However hyperbolic the above sounds, I mean every word of it without exaggeration.

The Most Comprehensive Gaming Guide To Date

I've picked up a few gaming guides over the past year, and of all the ones I've bought (including the recent Ultimate Edition of God Of War 3's guide), this one is by far the most comprehensive, detailed, thorough and (mostly) error free. Anything and everything you could possibly want to know about this game is covered in methodic detail. I mean EVERYTHING! And let me tell you, there is a LOT to know about this game. BAYONETTA can be just a simple action-adventure game if you want it to be, or it can be one of the more immersive, detailed and complex games you have - just depends on your style and what you like. But regardless of your style, you'll find it in this guide. This hardbound book is over 400 pages and presented in beautiful detail with semi-glossy, durable pages (it even has Bayonetta's hair ribbon as a built-in bookmark!). It has entire chapters dedicated to the characters, bosses, weapons & items, a walkthrough, a step-by-step guide to each verse in each chapter in the interest of getting a Platinum ranking for it, and even a chapter on hidden fights, secret bosses, ways to farm halos, alternate costumes and other such non-typical info on the game. This is the closest thing I've ever seen to a `bible' for a videogame. The level of detail and information contained in this book is jaw-droppingly astounding! Other than the cheat codes that exist for this game, there isn't a single thing that I saw on the internet that wasn't already covered in this guide. The bottom line here is, if you really want to get your money's worth out of this game, buy this guide to go with it! There is a staggering amount to know about Bayonetta and this guide has it all. Well worth the money if you're intending to get as much out of the game as you can. It should be noted though, that due to distribution rights, this guide is not commercially available in the USA. I was able to find it at a specialized distributor, but I also know it is (or was) available through Amazon. It's expensive, but if you go as deep into the game as I did, this will maximize your experience incredibly, and be worth every penny you paid for it. Not to mention, it's just an AMAZING gaming guide. I've never seen one that even comes close to being of this quality.

I'm very surprised to find that nowhere on this page does anyone -- Amazon, publisher or reviewer -- mention a very important aspect of this book: the vampires. This is a paranormal romance, and I'd expect it to be marketed as such. I don't care for that genre, and since I bought the book based on the description & the reviews, I was very, very disappointed to find that I'd bought a paranormal.
Don't get me wrong -- there's nothing inherently wrong with paranormal romance & I know that many readers really enjoy such a story. But I don't, and I wish I'd been forewarned.

Not what I expected

I bought this book having read Thea Devine before and a few reviews online. I was lead to believe it would be a good sex story but also with a normal historical aspect to it (most of the times I buy more for the historical aspect). This book was hard for me even to finish and until about the last 50 pages I didn't care if I finished it at all. The sex was graphic but not romantic. I didn't like her vampire theme and the climax of the story (where good finally meets evil here) was just so lame.

This started off intriguing but quickly devolved to a waste of time - very skimpy and obvious plot - just an excuse to write sex scenes which actually became boring due to the repetiton - no basic male-female understanding - no insight into the main female's character - is Thea Devine actually a woman or a consortium of men writing under that name?

I LIKED THIS BOOK. ITS AN EASY READ AND I DID LEARN SOMETHING FROM IT IN REF. TO TECH AND HOW SIMPLE WIT FROM A SIMPLE MAN CAN BE USED TO COMBAT AN UNJUST SITUATION. IVE MET THE AUTHOR AND HE CLAIMS TO NOT BE INTELLIGENT OR CRAZY AND AT TIMES I THOUGHT HE MAY BE JUST A LITTLE BUT, THEN SOMETHING HAPPENS IN THE BOOK AND TIES IT ALL TOGETHER. IVE ALSO SPOKE WITH THE AUTHOR A FEW TIMES ABOUT THIS BOOK AND HE HAS SHOWN ME VIDEO OF SOME STRANGE SITUATIONS INVOLVING THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES THAT JUST DONT SEEM ACCIDENTAL. I DO UNDERSTAND THIS IS ONE SIDE OF THE STORY BUT, IF THIS IS ACCURATE SOMEONE INVOLVED IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT IN THAT JURISDICTION HAS GOT SOME EXPLAINING TO DO IF THIS EVER COMES TO LIGHT.

A lot of fantasy

Provides a lot of great pictures and simple explanations.The great thing about this book is you can start using it right away- flip to any page and try what you see (but maybe set the mood first!). My boyfriend is always begging me for massages and it's nice to have a reference so I'm not stuck doing the same couple of techniques. Getting this book is the perfect surprise for someone you like!

This book is a true gem. It is a guide to any couple who wants to deepen their connection via sensual massage. It explains everything: from how to set the mood, how to prepare warm massage oil that will enhance the experience, to various massage techniques couples can apply on each other's body.
What makes this book unique is that author is daring. In addition to addressing the taboo of the importance of sexual intimacy that can be enhanced between the lovers by incorporating massage in their mind/body connection, author also incorporates interracial couples, which 40 years ago when the book was first created must have been a controversy. But the true beauty of the manual is the sensual pictures that depict many different couples practicing massage on each other. One thing is clear - they enjoy the sensual pleasure very much and they definitely enjoy each other and their bodies. They are completely absorbed into experience and they adore each other's touch.
Definite bonus of this manual and very colorful book is the DVDs that are enclosed in the latest edition. I think that every sex therapist should offer this book to any couple experiencing strain in their relationship. Many book photographs are little art works of their own (love the chapter on Hands), deftly showing the inherent beauty of the human body. For those concerned that book photos look dated, fear not - the DVDs are totally up-to-date and in color. Again focusing on specific areas of the body, video shows the appropriate techniques with perfect camera angles and clear narration.
