Very resourceful, an easy read!

The book is off the chain as we say. It is a very useful because of it's resourcefulness. It is compact in size,
easy to carry with ya. Just like having a business lawyer with you at all times. Would recommend this book to the small business entrepreneurs out there. A good way to keep lawyer cost down, and a way to prevent potential litigation issues from arising. Well worth the purchase so far.
