Very nice, unique, crafts book for children

This is a very nice crafts book for children. Most young children will need some help from parents, older siblings or teacher to get going with these projects but an 11 or 12 year old might be able to accomplish the projects on their own. It is suitable for any preteen. There are a wealth of interesting arts and crafts in this compilation. Great rainy day activities.
My favorites were the Fishtank mobile, and the India (Diwali) flower. Also, very interesting, stained glass project, silhouttes, hair scrunchers (for holding a girl's pony tail), decorating (painting) beach shoes, dried flowers, twig furniture, pop-up cards, leaf pictures, seashell mobiles, plate garden, mini farm, and many others.
The only criticism of the book is the holiday section, where there is a disproportionate amount of space to Christmas, whereas other holidays have one page, Christmas has four. Besides that, the book is A number 1. Loved it, great for kids, helps them be creative and get away from the television, mind-dulling movies and over-stimulating video games. Great book.

This is such a fun book for kids. It has great ideas. I teach a craft class at my church and we have all really enjoyed these projects!

shipping was good

when i saw this book at a friends house it was something I wanted to buy to due stuff with my child but when I recived the book it was a small on not the large book I looked at my friends house that made me whant to buy the book. We dont use it as much as I thought we would of because its hard to keep the book open cause its small but we like it. This was nothing the shipper would have know.
